Due to a condominium manager's rigorous summer schedule, meetings and events are suspended during the months of June, July and August. The remaining year's schedule is as follows:
January, February, March and April (Regularly Scheduled Meetings - Normally the 2nd Tuesday of every month.)
May - DCMA Social Event (We get to socialize one last time before the summer heats up!)
September, October and November (Regularly Scheduled Meetings - Normally the 2nd Tuesday of every month.)
December - DCMA Holiday Social and Fundraising Event
Members are emailed individually and encouraged to R.S.V.P to both regular meetings and social events.
Each meeting members are updated with any new information pertaining to condo management or even general Delmarva condo life as it applies to our membership. We have a guest speaker address those in attendance to speak on any special interest items. Examples of that, we'll have the OC Fire Marshal alert us to any new mandates, the local Health Department on any updates to swimming pool regulations, Code Enforcement to talk on updated construction laws or guidelines, and the list goes on! Some meetings we are able to arrange for the Mayor and City Council, County Commissioners and State Delegates come talk about the legislation surrounding the Eastern Shore's condominium life, its owners and tax payers. We as well have an Associate Member speak at each meeting to introduce their company, along with any new services or products they may be offering. Board Members may speak on condo finance issues, the real estate market and accounting laws - ANYTHING THAT MAY HAVE IMPACT ON OUR LINE OF BUSINESS.
