Joe previously served on the DCMA Board from 2003-2007. During that time he served as President for 3 years and was pleased to take on the responsibility as President again in 2011. Joe brings experience of serving on three other National Boards of publicly traded companies, was Vice President for a large property management company in Baltimore, MD and Vice President of Hanover Foods. Joe's total experience brings over 30 years of Property Management to the DCMA.
He has been active with supporting the Town of Ocean City Council Members and Served as President of the Citizens for Ocean City, Inc., a non-profit 501C4 Corporation that educated voters on the Town of Ocean City.
He has served as President of the DCMA since 2011.

Kelly has served as a Property Manager for Mann Properties for over 8 years. She has served as Vice president of the DCMA still March 2014. Kelly looks forward to serving and helpi g the DCMA grow and meet the challenges in the future.

Pat has been the Property Manager of the Rainbow for over 21 years. Prior to entering this line of work, she was the owner of Delmarva Mailing and Secretarial Services and was a subcontractor for the Ed Smith Real Estate School. Pat continues her education by being a member of Ocean City's CERT Team, CPR, AED and First Aid trained, takes finance, accounting and business classes and has also attended many of the CAI courses offered. She has served many years on the DCMA Board, first as Parliamentarian before taking on the role as Treasurer.

Val began her condominium experience in 1997 when she was employed as a bookkeeper for a number of Condominiums. She became the Assistant Manager at the Century One in 2003. In 2008 she became the General/Property Manager at the Century One and continues in that position today. She has been active with the DCMA since joining the Century in 2003.

Lee specializes in the audit and tax issues of condominium, homeowners and timeshare associations and has worked significantly in this industry for 10 plus years. He is a graduate of Carson-Newman College, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, a member of the American Institute of CPA's and National Association of Valuation Analysis. PKS & Company , P.A. has worked in this industry for over twenty five years and currently provides service to over 250 associations.

Bob has been the Pyramid's Manager for almost 20 years and has been a member of the DCMA that same amount of time. He served as President of the DCMA for almost 8 years, a member of OCCOA and represented condominiums on the Life Safety Committee on the fire sprinkler issues. Bob holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Investigation and Law Enforcement as well as 4 years active duty service in the United States Air Force where he was a Strategic Air Command Team Chief participating in the Air Force Olympic Arena.
